  13. Hi Aunty,

I made muffins yesterday and like your recipe, I placed a small piece of chocolate halfway and top up with another half of batter, however, the chocolate sank to the bottom, unlike yours which seem to stay at the middle. My muffin batter is not watery and quite creamy. What's the problem, please enlighten me. Thanks.

  14. Hi kium,

probably your chocolate is too heavy. I used the thin square block "Lindt" chocolate , they are light and won't sink to the bottom.

  17. Hi Aunty Lucy,

I made these this morning and put marshmallows in the centre instead. It was great, except somehow the marshmallows rose to the top and started spilling out of the muffin cup. I find this recipe less oily than the usual muffin recipt, which is great for me n the kids. Thks for the great recipe. Cheers n regards

  18. Hi Chris,

thumbs up....you're very creative yourself. Add in a toffee next time, it could be nice if it doesn't sink to the bottom.
