aunty, I wanted to try making this cake from the same book. But I was a bit reluctant because I saw that the picture shows in the book shows that the walnut and choc rice all sank to the bottom. May I know how to avoid the ingredients to sink? Izit by putting some flour? The recipe asks for alot of eggs. About 6 eggs. did you use eggs of about 60 gm? or smaller eggs? Thanks so much auunty.

hahaha...that's funny. I didn't realise that the cake photo in the books has sunken chocolate rice and walnuts. will go and see ltr. I used small eggs but did not weigh it. Ya..correct it's 6 eggs. If your eggs are too big, you probably have to cut down.
