    Thx for posting d recipe for d dark choc cake. Is 600gm whipped cream equavalent to 600ml whipping cream b4 whipping? When do we add in d melted chocolate, b4 or after whipping d cream?

    Yes, it the same.

    600 gm. liquid whipping cream = 600 gm. already whipped cream

    It's like a lb of sugar = a lb of cotton.

  5. Oops Janice, forgot again.

    You whip your whipping cream first then weigh accordingly.

    Take a little of whip cream to stir in the melted chocolate first before pouring in the rest.
