Hi Fynn,

I just roll into a swiss roll shape and place it into mini loaf pans (8-in-1 pan).

I've been visiting your blog ever since i came to know it.Your bakes were so beautiful.Visiting your blog has become my daily routine=)Aunty,mind giv me some advice?My loaf tin is 10"x4" n 4" high wiv cover,how much flour should i use to get a sandwich loaf?

Hi Irene,

I hope my advice is correct:

Fill up your tin with water then weigh the water. e.g. if it's 500 gm., Weigh the same amount of dough and put into the tin to rise. It normally will be just nice for the tin. Try this method and do let me know if you succeed in it.
