Mango Tarts

    Hi Lucy

    Looks like it's choc at the base, follow by custard? and then ?? filling and finally topped with mangoes. Interesting and must be very nice to eat. Have not done mango tarts before.

    Actually this is my own creative based on what is left on the table.

    I had some melted chocolate left, so I scoop into the tart shell, place some custard, then a slice of balance sponge cake, custard again then top up with mango cubes or any fruits of your choice. Surprisingly my girls in the office love it so much....
    You try ...and you'll love it.
