Dear Aunty,
I love your blog ever since i discovered it. I love baking and eating. Your daily bakes are really inspiring and I really admire your effort in posting them online for us to view.I have tried many recipes you posted and they turned out very well and my kids love them. Thank you so much.
I have never leave a comment in anyone's blog before until i saw this... I really really want to try these brownies so so bad.. My brownies are either too dry or too crumbly. Could you please share this recipe with me? Thank you. And pls don't stop blogging cause you are my inspiration.
Regards,
Jacklyn.
Hi Jacklyn,
The important tip for baking brownies is not to overbake them. Stick your skewer into the brownie and the skewer should feel a little sticky. Take out from the oven and the brownie will still continue cooking outside.

Hi Aunty,
Just to check on the egg portion step.Does this mean that i need to beat lighlty and individually for 8X? Or can i just beat all the eggs in one go and pour into the mixture gradually - i mean little by little. Appreciate your help here.

Hi Aunty,
I just made this recipe yesterday and it was almost perfect until I forgot the milk portion. As a result, my brownies are a little hard, would the brownies been softer if i had included the milk?
Thanks!!
Lara
HI lara,
the milk is compulsory.
rgds
Hi Aunty,
I made this brownies in the afternoon today, but decided not to add the coffee content, the result was that the brownies were a little dry and there were plenty of air holes. Do help as i like the taste.
