Hi jacqueline,

Normally when I make portuguese egg tarts, I'll use pastry margarine but for this recipe, I used normal margarine instead.

That's a very nice twist on our (I'm portuguese) tradicional egg tarts, surely is delicious, must try! I wonder if you use the same method assembling the dough as we... I would love to try some tradicional goodies you have on your blog but some ingredients aren't sold here, unfortunatly... well, I can always stare at yours :)
