Hi Aunty,

May I know you are using butter or oil for this recipe? I understand that most carrot cake recipes asked for oil, is it because it is more moist, can I change it to butter?Tks.

Dear yochana,
The cake looks so soft and fluffy!
I made the steamed banana cake without the top but it turned up to be dense,not fluffy at all.
I am using a hand whisk.How do i know that i hv whisk the eggs and sugar until 'fluffy' oredi?
Looking forward for u reply before the 2nd trial.Tks
