Hey Aunty,

One thing I like about you, is that you bake such a wide variety stuff. I often wonder if you get tired. I mean seriously, you work then come home and bake atleast 3 difficult things. I get tired just baking 4 batches of brownies. Also I find it hard baking in a small narrow kitchen. I caught a glimpse of your kitchen when you were showing the trays, looks pretty spacious and the entire cupboard of flavourings and dyes. ooh heaven.
It's my uni holidays now so I was to get down to some baking and perfect some old recipes and all. But flour is now more ex and butter went up by a dollar. and most recipes need almost 1 whole block. My mom complaints i spend too much money on baking even though i mostly buy cheap choccies. lol. Anyway enough of my long story. I wanted to know if you had a good, reliable recipe for large, fluffy choc muffins. merci!

Hi vidz,

I don't that tired even after all the bakings... I've been doing since I was 18 and so I'm used to it. I remembered one christmas i didn't sleep at all trying to finish my christmas cakes order and still go to work in the stock market and the only blunder I did was one of the offices called me up and said that I spelt the workd "Christmas" wrongly.. I sped in full speed, took back the cake and re-cream again because they were having a christmas tea party...woah...that's was terrible huh. Pssst...my Boss was looking for me high and low at that time.
