hi aunty, what kind of bananas did you use for banana cakes? i wanted to get the speckled look on the cake but always failed to altho the bananas i used were riped.
This banana cake is a beauty! How do you avoid the banana from "sinking" to the bottom of the cake in this case? I can see this cake is quite fluffy and not "heavy" at the bottom.
I would appreciate it if you can send me the recipe for this cake and also the Banana Hazel cake.
