Hi Aunty,
You have bought the breadmaker. Did you use it to make the bread dough for Mayonnaise Sardine Buns and Tiramisu Buns? It easy to operate right. Does it produce an elastic dough which pass the stretch test?
Yes..thanks for your info. I bought this from Best Denki in Compass point.
I used the sweet bun recipe. The rotation is quite ok lah...still prefer my old SANYO bread machine , obsolete now and they don't manufacture it anymore.
Mine still sitting in the storeroom. I get my sis to post it in net. Aunty, is it a must for bread dough to pass the stretch test? As I read some blogs they used breadmaker to make dough and they also face the same problem. Some said sticky dough will give a softer bread. Is it true?
If the dough is sticky and sticks to the hands then it's not ready yet. The dough must be soft with a satiny look and yet doesn't stick to the hands. Use cycle 10 and it should do the job well. It will stop automatically and proof for 1 hour. You can cut down to 45 mins if you want to.

Hi Yoo Lee,
If I have small amount, I use the bread machine but if my volume is bigger, I'll use my spar mixture.
