Hi Aunty,
Good morning, very lovely cupcakes, very soft & fluffy, mine alway abit wet & not soft. I tried your simple char siew pau, the dough is a bit dry & I think that is why the skin is not that soft. I knead using 120ml water as state & bluekey pau flour but is a bit dry & I dare not add more water. If not it would be soft & nice. On the whole I like it. Thanks. I will try again & by the way do I have to leave the softener in the fridge or just at room temperature.Thank you.
