Macarons

Today my Macarons looks like a "Can" "Can" skirt...Mmmm....wonder if it's due to overmixing...

yesterday I saw a bakery shop in france specialty in macarons, but for me, your macarons still the best aunty, very very neat and tempting!

Hi Aunty Lucy...these don't look so bad...one occasion it really gave me a shock because they spread out like sunhats!!
Literally like a hat...the round smooth shell is the top and the spread out feet were like hat brims hahahahaa...had to throw the 1st tray away, weirdly..the 2nd tray came out perfectly fine.
Now that's a mystery nobody can solve eh?
