Hi Aunty Yochana,
The food that you've baked are just so tempting!! Wondering what you are baking for? Do you sell them? I wanna try!
macarons are a bit nutty and chewy in texture and eaten with the fillings sandwiched between 2 pieces is simply heavenly...you should get a couple of them and try it out. I must warn you that it's very addictive.
aunty, tried making your choc macaroons today, but tottally failed. My macaroons have holes inside and don't have feet at all.and what is the purpose leaving the macaroons about 20minutes before baking?can we change almond powder to other ingredient? rgds-YooLee

Hi Yoo Lee,
You can use ground hazelnut. You must practice more and you will be able to catch where you went wrong.
