Hi Aunty, are you using a silicone bundt pan for this cake? Where do you usually get them?

Hi rei,

I've been collecting my bundt pans for many years. Some overseas, some importing and most of them from CHONG TRADING, at Adelphi, Coleman Street.

Oh Thanks Jacqueline,

It was pretty easy after all. Thanks for all those who encouraged me and guided me to put the counting meter.

Thanks once again.

Hi Aunty,
I like the bundt pan u r using. BTW, since u r d expert in making cakes, if d recipe states using 750gm or 1 kg cheese (for cheesecakes) can we use less or half the amount? also do we need to half all the other ingredients? My uncle gave me a book on cheesecakes but the amount of cheese used is a lot.

Hi Aunty,
I had left comment on your "chocolate pecan tart", but the comment seem to get lost , what is the problem?

Hi delia,

yes you can cut down the cream cheese but then again, it depends on what cheesecake you're making. Some can cut down by half while others can cut down by 3/4.
