Hi Yochana,
Trying out ur coffee buns 2day and hopefully is sucessful. I found that the dough is very soft not like the other dough i use to handle...
Can i hv ur puff pastry recipe?

Hi Fynn,

If your dough is too soft , it shows that you did not beat the dough long enough. It should have a smooth dough and not sticky but it will be soft to the touch. For Bread making, your machine is very important. A powerful and good beater will yield a good bread dough.

Slap the dough onto the table top as many times as possible unless it's no more sticky. I hope you are reading this now since you are making it.
