This size is suitable for home use. This machine is suitable for a bread recipe that calls for 500 gm. bread flour. If more than that, the machine might not be powerful enough to beat the gluten out.

in making chiffon cakes, for example the pandan chiffon cake in your recipe list, how many grams of egg yolks and egg whites should i use?
this is because my house has eggs of different sizes.
can u let me know a rough estimate of their weight?

this is my rough estimation:

1 egg yolk = 20 gm
1 egg white is roughly 38 to 40 gm.
