Wow! Your cream cheese bread turned out very good. I used my breadmaker to do the job and it didn't rise very well. I will do the dough cycle next and proof the bread myself and see what happen.

Hi Little Corner of Mine,

I didn't use the breadmaker. I wanted to use my breadmaker but something is wrong with it. so I used my dough hook to beat.

looks beautiful!!!...is the texture of the bread almost the same as the wholemeal bread one? is the bread still soft and moist the next day?
