I have a lot of Friands moulds. some comes like a muffin pan while some are singles. I bought the muffin pan type from Australia and the single ones from Singapore Chong Trading.

Aiya i tried to make the raspberry friands again... .but dunno y it didn't come flat like your blueberry friands.... =(
it came out similar to the almond one that you did.....
do u know what's the reason for this???
