Banana Cheesecake

hi aunty.
care to share, ur tips to avoid crack on cheesecake?
mine sometimes turned out to be like moon's face *sigh*
urs always make me drooling.

what act. cause 'crack' on cheesecake?

hi syazwaniadnan,

Steam-bake and then on low heat 160C and bake for about 60 mins.

If you find that the cheesecake is starting to crack, open the oven door slightly to slightly cool the oven.

All ingredients must be in room temperature. Your cream cheese must be in room temp.

yes I mashed the bananas and mix into the cream cheese.
