oh by the way my best friend saw yr blog she is so fascintated by you :) she loves baking too. I think she can bake pretty well even though she is young and didnt went through lessons. I think today she is going to try baking the strawberry heart cheesecake but she need to buy the heart cutter first. then she will make n give me eat hehe..

By the way where u get yr cutter? is it at any bakery shop?

Today my wound is so painful...
Hopefully after panadol it will be ok later.

For the heart cutter, try Phoon Huat or Sun Lik. Make a call first before going down.

My cookies turned out ok for the 1st half an hr. But lost it crispiness ('lao hong' in hokkien) after that. May I know what went wrong? Also what brand of butter is recommended for baking? Many tks.

so sorry, I've been very busy nowadays. Shuffling between my work and home and replying to emails , editing, typing recipes into my blog. By end of the day, I'm dead tired.

I used bakery strawberry jam for my thumbprint cookies.

Carma is half the price of Varlhorna and it works just as well as Varlhorna. Sun Lik is selling this chocolate.

I just bought a new chocolate called "Michel Cluizel" from France which cost $38.00 per kg. I bought from Chulina at 8, Dempsey Road.
