I have been visiting your blog since 2 weeks ago and am extremely impressed by your skills. I am very keen to learn baking and would like to know if you have any suggestions/recommendations on where I can attend baking lessons? Or do you run baking lessons yourself? Would love to learn from you.

there are a few schools that teaches baking in Singapore.

(1) Judy Koh's Creative Culinary.
(2) Anna Phua
(3) Shermay cooking school
(4) Mrs. Lim's cooking
(5) B.I.Y at bukit timah

This year is my first time getting out of SG during CNY. Next year if I'm around, I'll have an open house for all my fans to savour my cookies.

Hi michelle,

the little flower on top are macaroni. It looks nice tho..but when you eat the tarts, you will feel a little bit of the crunch.
