  5. aunty, i have a question for you.
when i want to cover my cake with chocolate ganache, first i place the cake on a wire rack and place the wire rack on a container. Then pour the ganache over the cake right?
when the cake is set and has to be removed, do you use any tools to put the cake on the cake board? or just use bare hands?
the cake can be quite soft and can break easily if i remove it. example chocolate moist cake.
what should i do? can u please help me?

  8. Hi,

First place the cake on a cake board (no need to remove it later, as it will break if you transfer it). Place it on a wire rack and the bottom you can opt to place a tray.

Then pour the ganache on top and let it flow down onto the base. Later you can scrap and reuse it and then just clean the board clean.

Let the whole cake in the fridge to set.

Another tip is when you slice the cake, be sure to use a warm knife otherwise the cho will stick to your knife and the slices of cake will not be tidy.

  16. Hello Aunty,

Your lapis are ever so creative and colourful! Are these your own recipes or did you get them from a recipe book? If so, could you pls state the title of the book and as to where I can get it in Spore?

    Many thanks :)
