Double-Dutch Chocolate Scones

Hi Aunty, pls pardon my ignorance. What is Double-Dutch chocolate? I'm planning to try the Steamed Moist Chocolate Cake and using better chocoa powder. What would you recommend?

Hi Yuri,

Varlhorna cocoa powder is the best but on the costly side. I suggest Van Houten cocoa powder will do the job as well too..

Hershey cocoa powder is suitable for sprinkling or dusting on cakes. You can use this hershey cocoa powder also. No problem...
