I tried baking butter cakes before but all the chocolate rice sinked! May I know what is the secret to keeping them afloat all over the cake?

Dear anonymous.

Chocolate rice is very light and it normally will stay afloat and doesn't sink. Make sure your batter has not been deflated and fold it lightly. The more airy the batter, the less they sink.

I'm that non baker who u inspired to bake and you continue to do so. Evertime I see your blog I get gready and want some recipe. I would really appreciate if you can share this recipe, my children don't want to be seen anywhere near fresh fruits or veggies and I think this cake would definately make them eat fresh fruit.
