Hello,

You bake so many stuffs in a day. Do you sell them or give them away?

Also, when the recipe required that the butter is beaten till light and fluffy, how long does it take to do so with a mixer?

Hi Fiona,

I don't sell them. I give them away and my problem is always looking for ppl to take them away.

Beating butter depends on what you are baking. For pastry, do not cream too long, there again it also depends on the coldness of the butter. You have to learn and judge to see with your eyes. You will get it as you practice.
