Thank you for the wonderful photos you have been posting on your blog!
Your cupcakes always look so scrumptious. Mine usually tend to shrink away from the sides while cooling down. How do I prevent that, please?

Hi pee tee,

To prevent shrinkage, as soon as the muffins comes out from the oven, take it out from the muffin pan immediately.
