Wow, it very nice. Your piping skill is very professional. I can't even pipe my son name properly on his birthday cake. Mine is just like a five years old child handwriting. Ha ha ha.

How do I make buttercream icing like this? The recipes I have tend to be very sweet and slightly stiffer as it has lots of icing sugar. I prefer the ones that are really buttery...

I don't like this meringue frosting. I have already posted the butter cream recipe in my blog. Try it and see whether it suits your taste.
