Aunty,

I wonder how to make the middle edge part dry and nice looking like yours, which technique do you use for cooling down the cake. Mine is a little damp on the edge part near the long tube. Please help me Aunty :)
Your cake is looking really yummy and so pretty, please share the recipe...

Thank You and GBU

Hi Rachaeline.

When the middle part near the tube is wet, it's a sign that it's undercook. Bake a little longer and everything will be fine.

Hi Yochana, have been surfing your blog for quite awhile. Great talent you have there, btw do you attend classes at Culinaire?

Would like to get this cheese cake recipe from you if you don't mind, thank you very much.

Hi osolomio,

I've never attended any of Judy Koh's class. I just take recipes from the baking books and follow the instructions there.

Happy baking..
