Hi Aunty,
Green tea with raspberry filling? This combo sounds very interesting to me. I only come across green tea with red bean filling. Do the two flavours go well together?
Can I also check with you on where I can get good green tea / matcha powder?

hi shiyan,

I got Jennifer to buy it for me. Jennifer if you are reading this, please give the address of the shop that sells the green tea powder.

If I'm not mistaken , it's a small shop around Bishan Junction 8.

Hi Aunty Yochana,

I'm a big fan of your blog and thank you for your wonderful recipes.

My friend's birthday is coming up in a week time and I want to bake her a Japanese green tea cake like the one you did. I was wondering do you happen to have the recipe for it? It will be very much appreciated if you could share it with me. ^_^

Thank you.
