What a beautiful agar-agar dish! I want to try your Cartoon Jelly from the Wilton pan, please advise should the pan be oiled for easy removal before pouring the colour Jelly into the pan? What would be the best way to release the jelly mould? Thanks so much in advance.
no need to grease tins for jelly. Loosen the edge with your fingers, turn it upside down and use a skewer to loosen a little and wa la....out comes the jelly.
