    May I know what is the no. for the star nozzle you used for the Butter Cookies and this cookies?

    Hi Liying,

    For this cookie, I used 864 and for the Butter cookies, I used No. 5 Star Nozzle.

    Hi Aunty,

    Thanks for your replied. One more question. I used melted chocolate converture to sandwich cookies, but the chocolate take a long time to set. By the time it set, the cookies became soft. Did I used the wrong chocolate?

    Hi Liying,

    For convenience, just use nutella to sandwich it or peanut butter, that again depends on what cookie you're making.

    Go to sun Lik - buy chocolate cream which is already ready for sandwiching cookies.
