Hi, what is it taste like ? i mean butter cookies ? i know that only colouring for making the w.melon. Very attractive colors..but nice to eat with this amount of colouring?
Can you please advise how you managed to make your cookies so rounded. When I roll the dough, the bottom side always goes flat - put the dough in the fridge for half hour and reshape but still turns out either squarish or triangular. Would dearly appreciate your expertise. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Joyce again - still waiting for your advice. I know you must be really busy during this festive season. I am really keen to know the technique so that I can make some nice rounded cookies for the Chinese New Year. Please reply when you have a few spare minutes. Hope you had a wonderful Xmas. Thank you so much. Joyce
I used my palms to roll it then leave it in the fridge then once a while I will take it out and roll again until it becomes rounded. Try it...it works. rgds

akresource,
ReplyDeletefood colouring is edible. Cut down on the colouring if you want to. Colouring has no taste but the red part I added in red melon creamer.
