    Dear Aunty Yochana

    Wishing you a belated Merry Christmas and a very HAPPY NEW YEAR!

    I try using Konnyaku Jelly on the Heart Jelly, not very successful though, cause when I try to cut, it did not stick well. But the taste was fantastic.

    One more question please, I also try the Back Forest Roll, why the texture turn out more like a kueh than a cake? I could not roll it up. I tried it 3 times, thought of making it as a log cake. Not knowing where it went wrong, can you please advise.
