Ingredients:

300gm. Bread Flour
45 gm. sugar
1 tsp. Bread Improver
1 tsp. Bread Soft
20 gm. Milk Powder
100 gm. Fresh milk
8 gm. Instant Yeast
100 gm. Blueberry pie filling
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
50 gm. Butter or margarine

Method:

(1) Beat all the ingredients together except butter for about 5 mins. then add in butter and continue beating for another 10 mins. till gluten is formed.
(2) Roll into a round ball and let it rest for 45 mins.
(3) Weigh and scale dough into 55 gm to 60 gm. (depending on the size of your mould). I used a star shaped mould.
(4) Let it rest again for the second time for about 45 mins.
(5) Brush with egg and then bake at 190C for about 10 mins. or till golden brown.
(6) Pipe some blueberry pie filling on top and serve.

Hi Aunty Yochana,
Did you use any of your already posted recipes to modify for this Blueberry Buns? If not, can you post this recipe.
May I know what is your practise when we request for recipes? Do you email to us? I notice that there are many bakers out there requesting for your recipes but I rarely see you post on your blog. Did you email directly to them?

Hi Aunty,

Your bun always look so soft and fluffy. I had tried two difference dough recipes but can't get this kind of result. Can you tell me what is the tactic to get such a soft and fluffy bun? Please can you kindly post this recipe or maybe the basic dough recipe you have used for your bun? Thanks
you.

Hi Aunty,

Thanks you very very very much for posting this recipe. I will try this out. But must wait for a fine weather. As I dont have Breadmaker and I did try making bread during this kind of cold weather, the dough don't raise very much.
