Hi Aunty Yo,

Wah new cheesecake flavour! :) Seems like an Asian version of cheesecake, in fact it looks a bit like some peranakan kueh ;P

Do the yam and cheese flavours go together? And did you flavour the sago part on top?

Hi Aunty,
Today I bake the Cinnamon Rolls. It's very nice. My hubby thought that I bought it and my neighbour also asked me for the recipe. Thanks you so much, I really wanted to give you a big hug. Can I use this dough reecipe to make others kind of bread, eg. red bean bun, hot dog bun, fruit bun, etc.?
And also can I add half teaspoon of bread improver to the dough?
