Sugee cake is my family's favorite. It can be used as a base for wedding cake, birthday cake...they are good to be covered
with pettina (sugar paste).

Sugee cake is very delicious - they have semolina and ground almonds in the cake and has a nice buttery taste whereas butter cake has not semolina and ground almonds.

You can use any frosting to coat the cake but I like to use this cake for sugar paste - wedding cakes.
