Irish Coffee Torte

I come across this Black Forest Roll which you stated there, mixed 25g of Neutral Mousse Powder with 20g of water and added into the whipped cream. I did that, but the Mousse mixture was lumpy when I added into the whipped cream. Did I do wrongly? Or should I add the Mousse mixture into the cream and whip together?

The mousse powder , if you buy from Phoon Huat must mix with water then add into the mousse. I bought mine from Sun Lik so I beat it together with the whip cream.

Thanks. I will go to Sun Lik and buy the Mousse Powder and try again. May I know the ratio of Mousse Powder against the amount of Whip Cream I should use.

ask the lady in the shop and she will tell you. For sun lik's mousse powder the original packaging has the ratio.
