Hi Aunty Yochana! I tried your recipe for the Tri-Colour Marble cake, and it was FANTASTIC! Buttery and delicious! My mother loved it, so I told her about your website and now she's a follower too! =D Thanks a lot ! Are you planning to teach how to bake? I'd love to learn from you! =D
Fantastic pictures and receipes. I tried the Jelly Heart receipe, working really well thanks! Was looking for an email to contact you but found none. Could you email me at yuri_hanasg@yahoo.com, please? Thanks in advance.
PS: Could you please not publish this comment and email me? Thanks a million. Adeline

im interested too!
hope you can start a baking class real soon.

hi aunty,
i am wondering how did you make the layers zig-zag?
cheers,
Ning
Hi Ning,
I used a zig-zag presser to press into the cake. You can see it from the book "MALAYSIAN LAYERED CAKE" by Vickie Chieng.

Hi Aunty,
Just to check - do you press the cake after all layers have been completed or after every few layers?
I have the presser but have not used it yet.
Thanks in advance!
Hi Zainab,
yes you have to press every layer otherwise the wave will not come.
