I used Bread flour for all my Buns. You can use any brand of Bread Flour. You can buy it from any supermarket or baking ingredients shop like Sun Lik. NTUC has many Bread flour.

Hi Rachaeline,
200 gm. butter
160 gm. icing sugar
160 gm. milk powder
50 gm. roasted almond nibs
Stir all together and chill before wrapping with bun dough.

I've posted the fillings recipe somewhere in my blog but I can't remember cause Rachaeline requested for it...
To form the triangle shape:
Roll out the 60 gm. bun into a round shape, place fillins in the middle then pull the dough to the centre to form into a triangle.

Just use one egg and beat it with a fork. Brush buns and bake.
