Hi Rachaeline,

200 gm. butter
160 gm. icing sugar
160 gm. milk powder
50 gm. roasted almond nibs

Stir all together and chill before wrapping with bun dough.

I've posted the fillings recipe somewhere in my blog but I can't remember cause Rachaeline requested for it...

To form the triangle shape:

Roll out the 60 gm. bun into a round shape, place fillins in the middle then pull the dough to the centre to form into a triangle.

hi it's me again, egg glaze you mean whole egg with a little water /? because the color of your buns is very yammi, do you brush after with butter, because they shining.

Just use one egg and beat it with a fork. Brush buns and bake.

What kind of flour do you use when you make these buns? What brand? I used a plain flour before, and texture is too rough. Please advice!ThankS!

Hi Jamie,

I used Bread flour for all my Buns. You can use any brand of Bread Flour. You can buy it from any supermarket or baking ingredients shop like Sun Lik. NTUC has many Bread flour.

hi aunty! thanks for this recipe. i have been looking for something similar to the milk pan tt provence sells in sin. and this is the few recipes i found. may i know wat is almond nib? is it just crushed almonds? thanks a lot..
