    the top is royal icing. Icing sugar mixed with egg white and lemon juice.

  23. Hi Germaine,

    first you sieve 2 cups of icing sugar into a mixing bowl, then stir in 1 egg white and 1 tsp. of lemon juice. If you find the consistency is too thick, add in a little bit more of the egg white to the consistency that you want.
