Hi Aunty Yochana,

This is the 1st time I'm writing. Your cupcakes never fail to "wow" me. May I know if you are holding any classes pls?

Thx
Ling

Aunty Yochana said...

Thanks Ling for your encouragement. I can give private class, just email me. I have to let you know that I have little time for classes but sometimes I do have free time. Just email me and tell me what you want to learn.

Hello Aunty yochana,

Your recipes are super! This is the first time I browse through your blog.
I notice you did not put in all your recipes (correct me if I am wrong). For example, where can I find xmas scones, cranberry orange scones, banana wholemeal butter cupcake....

Aunty Yochana said...

Hi Florence,

Sorry, I don't have time to type all the recipes. I will choose at random to post. I think the amount of recipes I have in my blog will keep you busy for awhile. have fun..

Dearest Yochana

You mentioned the top is royal icing. Can you give me the exact amount of what to add?

Deeply appreciated.

Aunty Yochana said...

Hi Germaine,

first you sieve 2 cups of icing sugar into a mixing bowl, then stir in 1 egg white and 1 tsp. of lemon juice. If you find the consistency is too thick, add in a little bit more of the egg white to the consistency that you want.
