This Lemon Bars look delicious. For the top layer is it a meringue or mousse. How you make the top layer?

Hi Liying,

It's not meringue, more like lemon curd. It's whole eggs mixed with sugar and lemon juice.

Hi Aunty,
Thanks for your replied. Is it whisk the egg and sugar together till light and fluffy then add in the lemon juice and pour it onto the sponge cake and bake again?
Or you used double boiler to whisk the egg, sugar and lemon juice together.
