Hi Aunty,

Do I use the strawberry chiffon recipe that you have in your blog "recipes category" for this? This really looks lovely... When I saw it, I could practically feel the softness and fluffiness!!

Thanks!!!

Audrey

May I know how to make the ButterCream frosting? Is there a simple recipe to follow?

Hi newbaker,

any frosting or buttercream can be used for creaming cakes. I have the Buttercream recipe in my blog and I love to use that.

aunty yo,

another yummy creation!

can i use your butter cream recipes and add pink color? how abt the strawberry essence? need?

million thanks in advance!

Hi n2inpink,

Normally I will make a big tub of butter cream and scoop whatever I need to cream the cake. Just add some strawberry emulco and a drop of pink colour into the buttercream and stir till well combined. Please remember to thaw your butter cream before adding in the flavours so that it will become creamy and not separated into water and butter.
