Can you pls post the recipe for Pandan Buttercream Swiss Rolls? I love Swiss Rolls but have always been afraid to make them as the only time I made one, it turned out heavy like pancake....

Even if the swiss roll is heavy, you can still roll it into a swiss roll unless is hard like rock.

Hi Aunty! Was reading your choc story about the egg yolk thingy! I was pretty surprise your chocolate cake still turns out so nice!! and looks delicious too!! Can aunty share this Pandan Swiss roll and Choc cake recipe with us pls? i would really hope I can make some miracles like you one day! haha!
