I've tried baking these myself but it never quite rise the same way as yours and such uniform look. what is the secret to baking such nice macaroons.

It's me Auntie ! I love your macaroons but I have not understood yet the method to spray water before taking them from baking paper...will try someday.

Hi jolene,

I used a plain nozzle and a piping bag to pipe onto a silpat mat.

This is very nice, very fragrant too.

Dont bother about the nasty comments made by that "anonymous" whenever you make Macarons.

Just keep on making more! I love to drool and eat them too :)

Use ground hazelnuts...it's simply delicious. I've come across one of our blog friends using groundnuts.
