oh, my favourite 'liu lian' cake.
Dear Aunty Lucy,
This durian butter cake looks very soft and fluffy, unlike one which i had made, which was although tasty, was oily and quite 'heavy'/dense.
Did you use the same recipe as the one post by you last year?
