Hi aunty lucy, I tried making buns with yam fillings too, but the buns were not very soft. Is there any way to make them softer? Thanks!

Hi hazel,

The most important thing in making bread is that you have a good machine to do the kneading. This improves the gluten in the dough.

hi aunty lucy, I used a bread machine to knead the dough, but I also hand-kneaded it for a while. Guess it wasn't enough. Thanks for the tip!
