Hi aunty yo, u r so talented! i've been trying to make tis one, but failed! Do u combine white chocolate n cream? What is the amt? Half half? Do u put whiskey? I love it! Can u pls share è recipes?
These are the plastic "push push" type and it's very easy to use. I bought them from one of our IK members. I will try to post her blog over here incase you can buy from her. I hope she sees this msg and leave her blog address here.
I cheated lah...I never make the chocolate myself. I bought it from Sun Lik.
Actually, you can make yourself by make white chocolate ganache with a few tbsp. of whisky or any liquer of your choice. Chill in the fridge till it sets and then roll into round balls and let it set again. Remember to add more white chocolate in order to get a stiffer ganache.
Try this:
150 gm. Dairy whipped cream 200 gm. white chocolate or more if it's too watery. Remember it will set when it's chilled. 2 Tbsp. of Whisky.

May i noe where do u buy these mooncake moulds? They re a beautiful bunch..
Are they those traditional moulds tat require "bang bang" type or those tat re "push push" type with interchangable plates?

Put the leftover ganache in the chiller will do but don't too long. It will turn bad fast.
