Yes cyndi, it's rum and raisin ice-cream and the skin is orange chocolate flavour.

I have a quick question. How do you keep the ice cream from melting, as you handle it and cover it with the mooncake skin?

Hi silverrock,
Prepare the chocolate shell before preparing the ice-cream. Then pour the ice-cream into the set shell then cover the top with chocolate again.
